Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant/Payroll Administrator to join our team onsite in Orlando, FL. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing by researching and resolving timecard discrepancies for associates, with a focus on California employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve timecard discrepancies for associates, primarily in California
Identify and correct timekeeping errors, including missed punches and inaccurate entries
Partner with leaders and HR to gather necessary information to ensure accurate payroll processing
Maintain accurate records and documentation of timecard corrections
Provide excellent customer service when responding to payroll-related inquiries
Meet established payroll deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
6 months of payroll experience preferred (not required)
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with time and attendance systems such as Kronos or Workforce Management is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
