Overview

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is essential to our daily operations and to delivering excellent service to our clients. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment, this may be a great fit for you.

Please note: This is a front desk–focused position with no advancement or growth track beyond receptionist duties.

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients—both in person and over the phone. You’ll handle administrative tasks, support the Office Manager, and help ensure the office runs smoothly each day.

  • Answer and manage 6+ phone lines
    , occasionally handling 2–3 calls simultaneously
  • Provide professional, friendly, and courteous customer service in person and by phone
  • Greet and check in clients upon arrival
  • Receive, open, and process incoming mail
  • Take client payments in person and over the phone
  • Support the Office Manager with daily administrative needs
  • Monitor office supplies and notify management when reordering is needed
  • Perform light front-lobby cleaning throughout the day, including:
    • Keeping the reception area clean and organized
    • Watering office plants weekly
    • Taking out trash at the end of each shift
  • Use office software and communication tools (training provided)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is a plus
