We are looking for a motivated Scanning Clerk to join our growing company. You’ll find the opportunities, resources, and support you need to grow and develop professionally. The individual will be working in a fast‑paced environment and will be responsible for scanning RO’s into the system for the service department.
Duties And Responsibilities- Organizing and prepping Service and Parts documents to prepare for scanning
- Scanning into Scan Management
- Accuracy is key; verification of all scanned documents is essential
- Once all scanned and verified for accuracy, documents are then sent to shredding
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized
- Good time management skills
- Tekion experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 5-15 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to perform repetitive motion
