- Customer Lifecycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle including answering phones, providing top-tier customer support, and handling sales inquiries.
- Quoting & Ordering: Prepare accurate price quotes and process customer orders with high precision.
- System Management: Utilize SAGE software to track inventory, process orders, and maintain records.
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office flow, prioritize tasks independently, and solve logistical problems as they arise.
- Multi‑tasking: Balance incoming calls with administrative duties and data entry without losing focus on accuracy.
