Center Well Pharmacy is seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant who will provide exceptional administrative support to our Orlando, FL facility (11010 Florida Crown Drive, Orlando, FL 32824).

Key Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Maintaining the site calendar
  • Serving as the key first contact for the Orlando site, helping with scheduling of tours, visitors, and security requests
  • Ordering materials and supplies for the site
  • Maintaining associate spaces in Sierra View
  • Handling ingoing/outgoing mail
  • Determine proper course of action for incoming telephone calls and correspondence, directing to appropriate person or operational area
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Taking meeting minutes and doing follow up
  • Serving as coordinator for onsite Associate Engagement activities
  • Project management of onsite events
  • Maintenance of office files, records, and filing systems
A successful candidate will:

  • Act with tact and diplomacy when responding to any customer, whether internally or externally
  • Effectively collaborate with our broader community of Administrative Assistants within the Pharmacy org
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail; ability to manage many details related to calendaring/scheduling, follow-up requests, travel-related planning, etc. simultaneously with low rate of error
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence – demonstrated ability to manage self around others and in difficult situations, remaining in control and professional at all times
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Be organized – demonstrate the ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload
  • Be outgoing and energetic with a solid comfort level in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrate forward-thinking abilities, knowing how to be pro-active and expect the unexpected

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Power Point
  • Candidate must reside in the Orlando, FL area and be willing to work onsite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree
  • Notary Public certification/license (or be willing to obtain one with company financial support)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with internet research and proof-reading/editing

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$53,100 - $72,500 per year
