Overview

The People Operations Intern will support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the People team s role exists to enhance team efficiency by assisting with recurring administrative tasks, data management, and coordination efforts across HR processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating logistics
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and tracking completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
  • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks such as data entry, audits, and follow-ups
  • Help coordinate internal communications, employee engagement activities, and company events
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Organize and maintain digital files, documentation, and HR templates
  • Support reporting and data tracking for People metrics and dashboards
  • Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in HR or business operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Interest in People Operations, HR strategy, or organizational development
