You will be the Administrative Assistant Sr for the MFC Central and Functional Finance team. Our team is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to drive business success.
What You Will Be DoingAs a Senior Administrative Assistant you will support the Directors in managing their activities, maintaining confidentiality, and providing a professional and welcoming presence.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Screen incoming calls and visitors, and manage calendars.
- Arrange travel, prepare travel requests, and obtain approvals.
- Process visitor requests, generate business documents, and distribute documentation.
- Organize meetings, including regularly scheduled business meetings and large staff meetings.
- Contribute to a highly motivated and functioning F&BO leadership team.

Basic Qualifications- The candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard company programs.
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, be a self‑starter able to work independently, have good attendance and work habits, maintain Vice President and Director’s confidential/private records and information, handle more than one task at a time with accuracy, and work well with all personality types while remaining calm under pressure.
- The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, exhibit good job attendance and strong work habits, be self‑motivated and inventive, and stick to all commitments.
- The candidate should be trustworthy, dependable, courteous, professional, and respectful of others.
- The candidate should have in‑depth working knowledge of standard Lockheed Martin office tools, such as Concur for travel planning.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time remote telework – the employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part of the schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our paid time off benefits.
