We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for 1+ year contract (with potential to convert) in Orlando, FL.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

In this role, you will:

• Provide administrative support to management and department staff.

• Handle correspondences, memos, time reporting, payroll, and meeting scheduling.

• Prepare reports, budgets, and administrative forms.

• Maintain employee files and process travel and business expense reports.

• Assist in preparing commission agenda packages and supporting materials.

• Maintain American Express procurement card statements.

• Collaborate with and back up other administrative staff, including processing invoice payments and approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare commission agenda items and supporting documentation, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support payroll processing, time entry, reimbursements, and related administrative functions.
  • Assist with developing and monitoring budgets, expense reports, and financial records.
  • Process vendor invoices, purchase requisitions, and procurement card reconciliations.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy files for employees, timesheets, and business expenses.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and manage correspondence.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative and executive assistants.
  • Order and manage office supplies; assist with RFPs, bid proposals, and contract renewals.
  • Train staff on administrative processes and systems as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advanced administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with systems such as JD Edwards Enterprise One, Chrome River, Tungsten Network, or Documentum is plus.
