Proposal Coordinator
Temp-to-Hire
Location: Orlando, FL 32826
Pay: $25-$28/ hour
Hours: M-F 7am-4pm IN OFFICE
Start: ASAP
- Seeking a proposal assistant to be responsible for proposal drafting for engineering projects.
- Organize the project information from the sales team, ops team, etc.. and put the information into a pre-made template to generate an official proposal.
- Must have very strong, professional communication skills both via phone, virtual platforms, in person, and over email
- Must be self-driven with the ability to take direction, ask questions when needed.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background and drug screen
- This is an in-office position and requires daily attendance
