Full-Time | On Site | Monday–Friday
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO and leadership team. This is a high‑visibility role that requires someone who can operate independently, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep operations running smoothly with minimal direction.
We are looking for a polished professional with strong executive support experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can quickly step in and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive communications
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, vendors, and external partners
- Track projects, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion
- Organize meetings, take meeting notes, and distribute action items
- Assist with office operations, document management, and executive priorities
- Help streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency across departments
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant or high‑level administrative support experience required
- Experience supporting C‑level executives or senior leadership strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly professional demeanor with excellent judgment and discretion
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Healthcare, nonprofit, or multi‑site organization experience is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
