Assistant Project Coordinator – Entry Level
Location: Hybrid – Remote with project site visits throughout Central Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Assistant Project Coordinator.
This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys being out in the field, and wants to build a long-term career in construction, project management, or operations. You do not need years of experience — we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
You will work closely with our Project Managers to help keep projects organized and moving forward. This role includes site visits, vendor coordination, project updates, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Assist Project Managers with daily project coordination tasks.
- Conduct site visits and document project progress through photos, notes, and checklists.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding scheduling and project updates.
- Help organize project files, estimates, and documentation.
- Track updates and tasks in Asana.
- Follow up with vendors and team members as needed.
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and general administrative support.
- Help identify and communicate project issues or delays.
- Support the team with miscellaneous operational tasks as projects move forward.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Reliable transportation for site visits throughout Central Florida.
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software.
- Comfortable visiting active construction sites and walking uneven terrain.
- Proactive follow-through without needing constant supervision.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- No extensive construction experience required.
- Construction, operations, or project coordination experience is a plus, but not required.
