DE PAULA REALTY USA, INC. is seeking a full-time Real Estate Administrative Assistant. The position includes:
Manage incoming calls and respond to general inquiries with professionalism;
Draft, edit, and proofread written correspondence and documentation;
Schedule meetings, calls, and maintain calendars and spreadsheets;
Coordinate in-office meetings and client closings;
Maintain the organization of physical and digital files of clients and transactions;
Assist with transaction management, document processing, and closing coordination;
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person;
Support property management operations as needed;
Maintain listings on the company website;
Posting on Social Media sites.

Requirements:
Minimum of 24 months of experience in administrative assistant or related areas, and fluency in Portuguese.
