Office Services Associate
Lake Buena Vista, FL (onsite)
4+Month Contract
Customer-facing onsite role supporting high-volume print, copy, imaging, mail, and light facility operations in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work
- Operate high-volume document imaging systems and related software
- Use document image handling software and document management systems via established protocols
- Use MS Office and email systems to open, send, retrieve, save, and transfer PC files
- Perform scanning, copying, and structured file management tasks
- Run high-volume mail management systems, including sorting, distributing, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
- Apply postage and support shipping/receiving of products and supplies
- Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems in digital format
- Perform copier maintenance and basic troubleshooting/repair of customer site equipment
- Support bindery, QC/final checks, housekeeping, file services, call center, reception, and other site support tasks as needed
- Provide customer service in a hospitality-style, client-facing environment
- May perform light building support and meeting set-up tasks
- Possible driving up to 5 miles as required
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to stand and walk extensively during shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Must have open availability, including weekends (mandatory)
- Ability to work varied shifts (7am 4pm, 8am 5pm, 9am 5pm; some sites 7am 5pm, weekends required)
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, email, and file handling systems
- Ability to follow established operational protocols and procedures
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
