Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive wage of $14.00 to $15.00 per hour; spiffs available for booking certain jobs. Benefits include paid holidays and paid vacation.
Day-to-Day- Provide excellent customer service over the phone.
- Pull permits for jobs when requested.
- Type proposals in a professional, efficient manner.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch calls.
- Work Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
- Respectful – kind, positive, helpful.

- Ability to answer phones.
- Typing skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in permitting is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel, Service Titan, Service line, or similar scheduling program is a plus.
