Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines and keep the Jira board organized.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
- Manage the project budget.
- Support operation activities to forecast resources in Clarity MYPPM and track them.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk registers.
- Coordinate resources and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Assist in resource allocation and tracking to ensure optimal utilization.
- Support quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
- Assist in conducting reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in identifying and assessing project risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing expenses.
- Assist in procurement activities as needed.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and address their concerns in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team.
- Participate in lessons‑learned sessions and contribute to process improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and experience to successfully perform the responsibilities listed.
- Relevant education and/or training considered a plus.
- Must be local to Orlando.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
