Overview
Part‑Time Receptionist needed to provide administrative duties, answer phones and handle day‑to‑day administrative functions at Avante Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Orlando.
Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Completion of High School Education.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- At least six months of experience in a clerical position.
- Knowledge of office machines, including computer, 10‑key calculator, outlook, excel, and word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Positive attitude toward the public and elderly.
- Customer service oriented.
- Professional appearance and organizational skills.
- Ability to use office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners.
- Previous work experience as a receptionist, front‑office representative, or similar role preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalency; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Answer calls and greet guests professionally at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming environment.
- Dealing with difficult, impatient, or upset guests calmly and effectively.
- Use office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers, and scanners as needed.
- Keep the front‑office area organized and well‑maintained.
