Description
Provide high-level administrative support by managing the reception at the client site including phone calls, walk-ins, visitor badge management, and receiving deliveries.;
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, lunch, and maintaining records management systems.;
Serve as front desk reception, creating a welcoming experience for guests and visitors at the Orlando office for clients.;
Manage access card management, greeting and guiding visitors throughout the office.;
Receive and set up daily catering and restock office refreshments.;
Complete locker audits and manage tickets and work orders in client systems like Service Now.;
Conduct research, handle information requests and perform clerical functions.
Job Description:
* The role is a front desk/reception position, Monday through Friday, focused on creating a welcoming experience for guests and visitors at the Orlando office for clients.
* Responsibilities include access card management, greeting and guiding visitors, receiving and setting up daily catering, and restocking office refreshments.
* Administrative duties include completing locker audits and managing tickets/work orders in client systems like Service Now.
* The role involves limited phone use (mostly vendor calls), primary internal communication via Slack, and in-person interactions with visitors and colleagues.
* It is a dynamic role, not a typical property management position, and involves partnership with an on-site facilities person.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
