Amarr, part of global opening solutions company ASSA ABLOY, is hiring a process-oriented Office Administrator to join our distribution center team in Orlando, FL. This is the ideal position for the person who loves handling a wide variety of responsibilities in afast paced,high volume environment.
In this position you will :
Efficiently answer and respond to telephone calls and customers’ needs
Receive and process customer orders and invoiceson a daily basis
Provide product quotes to customers
Develop a strong understanding of product line and services offered
Assistin inventory control, including purchase order receipts and transfers
Maintain daily receipts and bank statements
Maintain customer files and pricing
Assistin production, product pick-up, and product delivery schedules
Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
One yearprior office administrative experience or related experience, preferably in the building supply industry
Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
The Details:
This position is Monday - Friday from7:30am–4pm with occasional overtime.
Pay starts at $20-22and benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off (13 daysin your first yearthat you start earning immediately), Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of if you contribute!).
