Job Summary
Lake Highland’s Middle School (MS) seeks an Administrative Assistant - MS Front Office to serve as the first point of contact for students, families, visitors, and vendors, providing a welcoming and professional front‑office experience. This role supports daily school operations by managing reception responsibilities, assisting with student needs, coordinating communication and logistics, and providing administrative support to the MS office team.
This role maintains confidentiality, exercises sound judgment, and contributes to a safe, organized, and service‑oriented environment.
This is a full‑time, fully‑benefited, 12‑month, non‑exempt position. We encourage applicants from underrepresented groups to apply.
Education / Experience- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Previous administrative or executive support experience in an educational environment is required.
