Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant plays an integral role in advancing the mission and vision of Pearl Pools. Much of the role will focus on providing administrative assistant support to ensure efficient operations of the Pearl Pools Orlando office.

This position supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a high degree of computer knowledge and be effectively able to communicate via phone and email.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments for customers
  • Data entry of new leads and work orders
  • Interacting with our customers via phone and taking detailed messages
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills/knowledge with the ability to learn new applications easily
  • Experience with scheduling
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete tasks without direct oversight
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every day
  • Bi‑lingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Sitting, Standing, and Walking
    Prolonged use of computers involved; use of hands and finger coordination.
  • Carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
