What You’ll Do

As a Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, law firms, healthcare providers, and internal teams. You’ll help ensure every case is handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently from the very beginning.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing inbound client communications via phone and email
  • Opening and organizing new case files
  • Preparing and tracking intake documentation
  • Coordinating communication between clients and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
  • Supporting administrative and reporting functions
  • Providing exceptional service and follow‑through
