Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, a nationally recognized “Best Firm to Work For,” is seeking Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
Office Administrator with a positive, collaborative work style for our Orlando, FL Office.
This position plays an important role in providing support for business operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with a service mentality. He/she will provide administrative support of a highly complex and responsible nature, interfacing regularly, comfortably, and confidently with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating project logistics such as setting up meetings, first-line of IT conference rooms, conference calls, and other tech-related needs;
- Providing additional support to the Office President as needed;
- A variety of administrative and clerical duties, to include preparation, distribution, and filing of correspondence, reports, contracts, and spreadsheets; vendor meeting set-up and coordination; travel coordination; expense reports; answering phones and greeting guests as they arrive; handling distribution and shipment of all Fed Ex/UPS packages, mail, and sample returns; and
- Providing project assistance as needed, such as plotting, assembling, or scanning drawing sets; collecting municipality project requirements, and coordinating with departments in other offices.
- Maintaining office cleanliness: loading/unloading the dishwasher, setting up & cleaning up for vendor meetings, keeping all office items stocked, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the storage room.
- Supporting the rollout and execution of corporate programs (Marketing, HR, IT, etc.) through administration, coordination, and communications.
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an architectural firm or other professional services firm preferred;
- Strong MS Office Skills;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-demand environment.
