USTA Administrative Assistant
This assistant will provide administrative support to the Men's and Women's Tennis Coordinator at the USTA National Campus, and will be responsible for handling and organizing multiple projects throughout the year in a friendly & professional manner. Provide administrative support, including but not limited to submitting invoices, preparing and tracking player documents, processing grants, creating team trip binders for coach travel, and various data tracking for the team.
Maintain the full-time staff PTO dashboard and provide periodic balance updates to staff Other duties as assigned by team leader
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Google Workspace required
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask and solve problems
- Reliable and trustworthy – able to handle confidential matters
- This position is designated as Onsite and specific to the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona
- Position is seasonal and expected to end in December 2026
The expected pay range for this position is $18.00 - 20.00. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
