Description

General Purpose Of Job

Responsible for providing receptionist duties and accounting and lease compliance administrative support for the departments.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls at the reception desk, and greet and assist company guests
  • Act as liaison between guests and associates
  • Provide parking validation for company guests
  • Perform daily kitchen upkeep and replenish supplies as needed
  • Maintain and update company phone directory
  • Support administrative staff as needed
  • Collect and processes public notices for property-related items, including identifying the property and preparing letters to notify tenants
  • Assist the Accounting department with:
  • Review of invoices in the AP Express system
  • Provide petty cash services to associates and reconcile balances on a quarterly basis
  • Serve as the "back-up" for processing the weekly check run through Oracle
  • Special projects, as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Lease Compliance department, including:
  • Preparation of CPI rent escalation calculations and tenant billings, as needed
  • Oracle data entry of periodic rent billings
  • Electronic filing and mailing of tenant property tax documents
  • Mailing of monthly tenant rent reminder letters
  • Processing periodic mass mailings to tenants, as needed
  • Special projects, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED, and one + years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel knowledge.
