You will be the Administrative Assistant Senior for the Missiles and Fire Control JASSM organization. Our team is responsible for providing exceptional support to the organization and staff.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Administrative Assistant Senior, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders and staff, exercising discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a wide range of administrative duties and office management tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and staff, exercising discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Create and edit presentations, documents, memos, and reports, utilizing excellent writing and communication skills to produce high-quality materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reconcile expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and appointments, and organize VIP visits and special events with precision and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain effective correspondence management systems, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $51,800 - $91,425. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:
