Job Description
The Workplace Experience Coordinator supports the execution of programs and initiatives that foster employee connection, engagement, and a strong company culture across a hybrid and remote-first organization.
You will be responsible for coordinating workplace experience activities, including company-wide events, internal communications, recognition programs, and in-person gatherings. As the Coordinator you will partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of experiences that align with organizational priorities and reinforce company values.
The role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and operational support to deliver high-quality, engaging employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of company-wide workplace experience initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Maintain and update internal resources in collaboration with a broader team.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, including Town Halls, holiday celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Provide support in formatting presentations, communications, and video content.
- Coordinate communications, materials, and distribution for recognition initiatives.
- Facilitate vendor coordination, including scheduling, communication, and invoice tracking.
- Support budget tracking and reporting to ensure alignment with planned spend.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with software tools such as Canva, SharePoint, or internal communications platforms
- Experience supporting company events, internal corporate communications, or employee engagement programs is preferred
