Position: Part-Time Office & Admin Coordinator (Front Desk & Events)

MAK Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Office Manager to join the Orlando, FL team on a 20 hours/week schedule. On-site work is mandatory.

You will greet visitors, manage the front desk, handle mail and supplies, and support the Admin Team in daily operations. This role requires strong MS Office skills, data entry and basic bookkeeping, professional communication, and meticulous attention to detail. You will assist with budgeting, invoices, and coordinating company events as needed.
