Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure coverage for home care clients across all shifts;
Prepare the monthly schedule for caregivers based on census needs;
Post daily and weekly updates to the schedule;
Submit approved Missed Punch Forms, Lunch Break Forms and payroll-related documentation bi-weekly;
Maintain a record of Call-offs and no-call/no-shows; inform RN Supervisor of unplanned absences
