A Professional Development Coordinator is needed for a 100% onsite opportunity in Orlando, FL supporting educational programs, training classes, member services, and professional development events. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys coordinating details, working with people, and keeping programs running smoothly from start to finish.

The Professional Development Coordinator will work closely with instructors, participants, and internal teams to help deliver a professional, welcoming, and well-organized training experience. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate in-person and virtual training classes, educational programs, webinars, committee meetings, and special events.
- Prepare classrooms, training materials, audiovisual equipment, attendance records, calendars, reports, and documentation.
- Support instructors and participants before, during, and after classes to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Register participants, process schedule changes, refunds, transfers, and other administrative transactions.
- Respond to member and participant inquiries by phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide basic technical support for webinars and assist with special projects as needed.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour.

Orlando, FL 32810. - Work Arrangement: 100% onsite.
- Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. - Occasional flexibility may be needed for classes requiring arrival between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM or staying until approximately 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
