** Job Description*
* Currently we are looking for administrative support for multiple Senior Managers who lead various teams at Disney Central, Orlando

** What You Will Do*
* You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations for the leaders.  This role is often cross-functional, providing support for two or more departments, with responsibilities that are specific to the line of business and may vary over time.  The teams are leaders who require assistance with calendar management, internal and external Cast and Guest requests, as well as work-related processes and deliverables.

Success in this role requires strong technical, organizational and communication skills.  Leaders will rely on the individual's ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written.  While core duties include calendaring, preparing memos, managing expense reports, and maintaining spreadsheets, this position is fundamentally centered on people and relationships.

The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships with leaders and colleagues, provide thoughtful and responsive support, and develop a strong understanding of the structure and operation.
