Position OverviewWe are seeking a warm, organized, detail-oriented and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk & Client Services Specialist to become the welcoming face and voice of our firm. This role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, and plays a key part in creating a welcoming, professional office experience — from greeting clients and managing correspondence to keeping our office spaces guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and potential clients who visit the office
- Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule in-office consultations
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Purchase and maintain office supplies
- Support document pick-up, drop-off, and client payment processing
- Support the Client Experience and legal teams with day-to-day office coordination
- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) — required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Prior front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable learning basic office software and CRM tools (training provided)
