Job DescriptionProvides clerical and administrative support to all project team members to include: organizing and maintaining project records, files, and correspondence; copies project documentation as requested; coordinates meeting schedules. Serves as a liaison between human resources and project team members by supporting the new hire process and processing required paperwork. Assists with craft hiring, making sure all walk-in application are reviewed documented for interviews or logged for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
Prepares and schedules office activities such as travel arrangements, business meetings and appointments. Works with project management team to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients. Performs other duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent ability to interact with all levels of staff and vendors. Ability to work with many people simultaneously and to process a large volume of requests. Excellent personal computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent. 7 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Driving RequirementsAn appropriate and valid driver's license is required.
