Job Summary
A healthcare services organization in Downtown Orlando is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity paying $25 per hour. This role supports contract management, vendor agreements, grant-related contracts, academic partnerships, and compliance documentation for an organization focused on compassionate, community-based behavioral health services. The Contracts Administrator will be part of a collaborative team with supportive leadership, meaningful work, and the opportunity to build long-term career stability while contributing to services that positively impact individuals and families throughout Central Florida.
- - Review, revise, process, and track contracts, vendor agreements, grant contracts, university affiliation agreements, MOUs, and MOAs.
- - Maintain contract databases and tracking systems, including renewals, expirations, deliverables, deadlines, and compliance documentation.
- - Partner with leadership, procurement, internal departments, vendors, universities, and external partners to ensure timely routing, execution, and follow-up.
- - Conduct compliance reviews to help ensure contracts align with organizational policies and applicable state and federal requirements.
- - Support audit preparation, grant compliance documentation, risk mitigation processes, and evidence of compliance.
- - Cross-train in licensing and permitting to provide additional support to the Contract and Licensing Department.
- - Pay: $25 per hour.

- - Manage contract administration activities, including tracking, documentation, routing, compliance review, and renewals.
- - Support vendor agreements, grant contracts, academic partnerships, MOUs, MOAs, and related contract documentation.
- - Maintain accurate contract databases, deadline tracking, audit files, and compliance records.
- - Communicate contract status, updates, and requirements professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- - Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a closely related administrative support function.
- - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- - Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and documentation accuracy.
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, confidential information, and detailed records.
- - Professional customer service skills and ability to work effectively with vendors, leadership, universities, and internal departments.
- - High standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- - Experience supporting contracts in healthcare services, behavioral health, nonprofit, grant-funded, or regulated environments.
- - Familiarity with vendor agreements, grant compliance, university affiliation agreements, MOUs, MOAs, licensing, permitting, or audit preparation.
- - Experience using contract tracking systems, databases, or document management tools.
