Job Description

Shift: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Runs data query reports from internal databases to support analysis for strategic planning and performance monitoring.
  • Analyzes and summarizes data using formulas, formatting tables, and creating charts for strategic planning projects, presentations, and reporting.
  • Works collaboratively with the Corporate Planning and Research department for data requests that extend beyond the capabilities of local data tools.
  • Maintains internal databases and periodically updates tables as necessary.
  • Prepares materials, presentations, and documents from templates to support meetings preparation and distribution, including market assessments, strategic planning meetings, and ad hoc projects.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Organizational, logical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills [Required]
  • Strong research skills, detail-oriented, analytical [Required]
  • Advanced level computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other databases [Required]
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures [Required]
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills, ability to articulate complex information into terms understandable to all levels of leadership, physician and staff [Required]
Education
  • Bachelor's [Required]
Field Of Study
  • in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field
Work Experience
  • 2+ of experience in healthcare or project support with emphasis on data analytics [Required]
