Job Description
Shift: Monday-Friday

On-site flexible, with office located at 550
E. Rollins St., Orlando, FL, 32803
- Runs data query reports from internal databases to support analysis for strategic planning and performance monitoring.
- Analyzes and summarizes data using formulas, formatting tables, and creating charts for strategic planning projects, presentations, and reporting.
- Works collaboratively with the Corporate Planning and Research department for data requests that extend beyond the capabilities of local data tools.
- Maintains internal databases and periodically updates tables as necessary.
- Prepares materials, presentations, and documents from templates to support meetings preparation and distribution, including market assessments, strategic planning meetings, and ad hoc projects.
- Organizational, logical and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills [Required]
- Strong research skills, detail-oriented, analytical [Required]
- Advanced level computer knowledge, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other databases [Required]
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and procedures [Required]
- Excellent English written and verbal skills, ability to articulate complex information into terms understandable to all levels of leadership, physician and staff [Required]
- Bachelor's [Required]
- in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ of experience in healthcare or project support with emphasis on data analytics [Required]
