• Lead and support Procure to Pay (P2P) activities, including invoice processing and vendor management
• Serve as the primary contact for P2P-related issues, maintaining communication with stakeholders
• Analyze P2P metrics and implement process optimization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with P2P policies and support audits and governance requirements
• Provide training and guidance on P2P processes to internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable analyst role or similar
• Expertise in P2P tools such as Coupa, Basware, or Concur
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with intermediate Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and core Procure to Pay processes

• Experience working with third-party service providers
• Familiarity with SAP Procure to Pay systems
• Conversational French language skills
