We’re a nationally recognized insurance brokerage with a strong Florida presence — known for high standards, big relationships, and delivering real value to our clients. We're now looking for a Sales Leader to take our performance to the next level.
This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front, shape the culture of a high-performing team, and have a direct hand in defining how we win in an increasingly competitive market.
We're not looking for someone to “maintain” — we’re looking for someone to grow, lead, and transform. You’ll need to know the insurance landscape like the back of your hand, and you should be just as comfortable building a go-to-market strategy as you are jumping on a deal call with your team.
You’ll be based in Florida, but your impact will be national.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a high-performing insurance sales team — coaching, hiring, developing
- Defining and rolling out sales strategies, playbooks, and performance frameworks
- Building and strengthening key client and market relationships across the region
- Working closely with executive leadership on revenue targets, team expansion, and operational alignment
- Representing the firm at industry events, client round tables, and with top-tier prospects
What You Bring
- 10+ years of insurance sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of brokerage, commercial lines, or specialty insurance segments
- A strong track record of growing revenue, building teams, and instilling sales discipline
- Experience implementing or evolving sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN — your call)
- Professional presence — you know how to hold a room and earn trust, quickly
- Based in Florida, or relocating here for the right opportunity
