The opportunityAs part of EY’s exclusive alliance with Procter & Gamble, you will lead the Pre‑Sales and Sales process for building a P&G Alliance‑related sales pipeline and support the conversion of sales. You will be dedicated to generating demand and building a pipeline specific to the P&G Alliance.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Build executive‑level slip‑sheets that summarize P&G’s Integrated Work System to support discussion.
- Research clients to understand operational and manufacturing challenges and identify ways P&G’s IWS can address those challenges.
- Develop relationships with internal EY account executives and position the P&G Alliance as a differentiated solution to drive client value.
- Secure and lead initial meetings with senior client executives (C‑suite, SVP, VP, Sr Directors) to position the P&G Alliance as a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to support next‑step client workshops with key stakeholders to identify tangible opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of client leads and pipeline progression.
- Follow all independence‑related restrictions and P&G competitor “no‑fly” lists.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify related transformation opportunities.
- Proven experience operating in P&G’s Integrated Work System (in industry or consulting).
- Strong executive presence and experience interfacing with senior management.
- Sales experience highly desired.
- Experience in client relationship management and revenue generation.
- Strong manufacturing network optimization capabilities.
- Record of manufacturing operational excellence.
- Strategic thinking in manufacturing strategy and operating model.
- Ability to build and manage relationships, fostering strong connections.
- Effective communication with impact.
- Complex problem‑solving skills.
- Commercial astuteness.
- Hybrid collaboration and change management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain consulting, or digital transformation in the industrial sector.
- Experience with vertical start‑up of new plants and line initiatives.
- Sector knowledge and negotiation & influencing abilities.
- Learning agility.
- Advanced leadership skills.
- Certifications including Integrated Work Systems (IWS), Supply Network Operations (SNO), Vertical Startup (VSU), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or PMP.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in global manufacturing operations.
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $150,400 – $343,600 (US) and higher ranges for major metro areas.
