The Relocation Manager manages the entirety of Ace Relocation System's International or Domestic relocation process from door to door by managing imports, export, and third country relocations for corporate clients, agents and/or private individuals.
Priorities- Communicate and respond promptly with transferees, corporate clients, agencies regarding shipment movement.
- Pre-move and entitlement counseling, including a review of the relocation process.
- Current on custom regulations to ensure final shipment of goods is timely and meets international compliance.
- Monitor and track shipment status to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Responsible for accurate record keeping including notes regarding changes and communications including but not limited to survey feedback.
- Timely update client portals with relevant information.
- Authorize all offsite services with vendors in various markets. Escalate as need to Operations Manager.
- Work with claims team to ensure all supporting documentation is available to facilitate shipper claims.
- Work with revenue processing team to ensure accurate and timely billing and maximize profitability on all files.
- Ability to manage own work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and extreme accuracy.

Pay rate is $45,000 - $60,000 annually. Starting pay rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, and retirement benefits.
