, you will be the architect of customized packages and strategic contracts that ensure our life-changing medicines reach the communities that need them most.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who thrives at the heart of account strategy and execution. In this role, you won’t just manage contracts; you will partner with Brand Teams and sales organizations to design and implement agreements that drive adoption and ensure the right therapies are available at the right time.

Accountabilities
  • Strategic Contracting:
    Collaborate with contract administration to build and implement customized packages that advance product goals.
  • Proposal & Negotiation:
    Lead the end-to-end process of proposal preparation and contract negotiation with key customers.
  • Market Insight:
    Maintain a pulse on the industry, keeping our strategies sharp with up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and pricing.
  • Account Orchestration:
    Develop comprehensive account plans and coordinate selling tactics alongside our Brand sales resources.
  • Implementation Excellence:
    Drive a consistent "pull-through" strategy across the sales organization, ensuring target accounts are fully aligned with Brand Team goals.
  • Operational Precision:
    Oversee the accuracy of managed care contract terms, including rebate rates, administrative fees, and formulary positioning.
  • Collaborative Leadership:
    Act as a bridge between Brand Teams and Managed Markets leadership, providing clear guidance on account programs and messages.
  • Bid Management:
    Proactively lead bid processes, ensuring timelines are met and potential account challenges are identified early.
What You Bring:

Essential Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant career field.
  • Industry Foundation:
    Established experience as a Key Account Manager (or similar) within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strategic Coordination: A demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and support team development.
  • Relationship Building:
    The ability to work collaboratively and influence peers across the organization.
  • Analytical Grounding:
    An understanding of financial concepts and the legal/best price implications of contracting.
  • Engagement

    Skills:

    Effective customer-facing and platform/communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Commercial Insight:
    Previous experience in sales management or broader commercial functions.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: A deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a relevant professional network.
