What You’ll Do:

• Lead procurement for federal/state grant-funded projects, including RFPs, RFQs, and sole-source contracts

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and nonprofit regulations (CFR 200 / Uniform Guidance)

• Manage vendors and internal stakeholders across departments

• Maintain procurement documentation and dashboards; support finance systems like Sage Intacct

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of procurement experience (solo contributor preferred)

• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and nonprofit/federally funded procurement

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Preferred: experience with Sage Intacct or BI tools
