Salary: $65,000-$120,000 (flexible/based on experience) plus 25% BONUS + Full-time benefits
Company OverviewOur client is a leader in endpoint protection technologies, providing enterprise-level cybersecurity tools to improve the security of servers and endpoints. Their solutions are leading the cybersecurity market toward a more secure approach to blocking the exploits of application vulnerabilities.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CPO to identify and prioritize new product opportunities. Gathering requirements and translating that into Development talk while managing the whole product lifecycle.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy. Gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
Work with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders and refine product requirements.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines. Create and update documentation, including UI/UX mockups, database dictionaries, APIs, etc. to support the product life cycle.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize the tasks based on changing requirements. Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analyses for new product initiatives.
Monitor and report on product performance and user feedback post-launch. Work with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports. Support the CPO in strategic planning and decision‑making processes.
Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience working in a fast‑paced tech company or cyber security company – preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of DB SQL & API Integrations. In‑depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry. Knowledge of product management and development processes. Certification in Business Analysis – Preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA).
