The opportunity (how it works)You’ll start as a Financial Professional
, building hands‑on experience with clients.
After meeting program milestones (
typically 6–12 months
), you’ll be eligible for promotion to Associate Partner
, where you begin building and developing your own unit of financial professionals.
- Develop a client base and run discovery‑based conversations
- Learn how to build financial strategies (protection, retirement, and investment solutions)
- Build a repeatable prospecting and appointment process
- As you promote:
recruit, train, and lead a team of financial professionals - Coach performance and help your team grow a sustainable practice
- Support from development managers and product consultants

, one of the most respected training programs in the industry - A clear, structured path to leadership with ongoing mentorship and accountability
We’re looking for goal‑driven professionals with a strong track record, such as:
- MBA completed within the last 24 months or
- Consistent high earnings (ex: $85k+ over the last 2 years)
or - Former business owners/entrepreneurial backgrounds
- Relationship building and communication
- Leading by example
- Coachability + consistency
- Simplifying complex topics and educating others
- You want part‑time flexibility or a side gig
- You dislike accountability, coaching, or performance metrics
- You’re not open to a client‑facing role while developing into leadership
Income potential is significant, and leadership compensation is aligned with recruiting results and team production.
Average annual income among our recruiters in 2024: $260,300 (performance‑based; not guaranteed).
