Sales Operations Sr. Analyst – WWCO Center of Excellence (CoE)
* This is hybrid position based out of our Maitland, FL or Tempe, AZ office. Qualified candidates must live within commutable distance to one of these locations.*
ADP is looking to hire a Sales Ops Sr. Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive insights and support the sales organizations in improving reporting and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationship with our partners.
They will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day‑to‑day business critical responsibilities. We are in search of team members that are self‑starters, intellectually curious and can find innovative approaches to business problems/opportunities.
- Provide analysis to help inform the sales business unit in respect to key metrics and trends
- Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data and streamlining reporting processes for efficient production
- Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders
- Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale reports
- Perform ad hoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
- Manage effective communication of update, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience.
- Bring an analytical and problem‑solving mindset to standard challenges
- Drive data analytics to pro‑actively develop insights about the business
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams that provide strategic direction to company initiatives
- Partner, in a mentor capacity, with internal associates to ensure alignment in deliverables and best practices
- Provide guidance and expertise internally and externally to enable fast, accurate prioritization and decision making
- A college degree is nice to have but not required. What’s more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
- 3‑5 years Operations Experience (example: Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A)
- Strong analytical and technical skills (critical thinking, Excel, data aggregation/review)
- Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and client expectations, and self‑prioritize
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and matrix teams
- Ability to strive in fast‑paced evolving work environment
- Self‑starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player
- Project Management background another plus
