Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst to manage and coordinate efforts in support of Live Training and counter UAS project efforts. This role will be remote with the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
The Logistics Management Analyst will support the Joint Network Engineering and Emerging Operations (JNEEO) contract in the planning, coordination, and optimization of logistics operations to ensure efficient flow of materials, services, and information throughout the supply chain. The incumbent for this position will serve as the property book manager across programs while performing the analysis of logistics data, developing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
The analyst applies intermediate-level expertise in logistics systems, supply chain management, and data analysis to support organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities
+ Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.
+ Ensures that customer service and time objectives are achieved within existing financial constraints in order to meet marketing and financial objectives.
+ Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, demand management, electronic data systems administration and related functions. Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.

+ Analyzes logistics metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

+ Develops and maintains logistics documentation, standard operating procedures, and process workflows
+ Supports inventory management activities including forecasting, planning, and optimization to balance service levels with inventory costs
+ Prepares reports, presentations, and recommendations for management regarding logistics performance and improvement initiatives
+ Utilizes logistics management systems and software tools to track shipments, manage data, and generate analytical insights
+ Participates in cross-functional projects to implement new logistics technologies, processes, or system enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
+ 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
+ Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
