This position is for a contract professional to support the capture efforts, contract administration, and learn to lead contract negotiations of MFC proposals/contracts. The qualified individual must be able to:
- Establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen.
- Possess the ability to interpret RFPs and contract terms, develop contract positions as they relate to risks and identify opportunities.
- Comprehend financial and business concepts. Handle multiple assignments while achieving program commitments. Experience with proposal preparation; coordinating and participating in management reviews; proposal submission; fact finding; contract negotiations, contract award and execution.
- Possess computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.

What You Will Be DoingAs the Contract Management Sr you will be responsible for providing critical support to the contract management function through expert analysis, proposal leadership, and negotiation coordination. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and interpret contract requirements to ensure clear understanding and compliance.
- Lead proposal development efforts, shaping competitive and compliant submissions.
- Coordinate contract negotiation activities, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and customers.
- Administer contract modifications, extensions, and close‑out processes.
- Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with terms and conditions.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
