Summary: The Filing Analyst has responsibility and independent accountability for the timely and accurate execution of Glencar’s rate, rule, and form filings, with normal oversight from senior management. The position, in coordination and cooperation with carrier partners, is directly responsible for the routine, accurate and timely creation and delivery of Program filings as directed by Glencar management. Along with ensuring that business underwritten by Glencar and on behalf of its carrier partners, complies with the laws and directives enforced by state departments of insurance and other regulatory bodies.

The Filing Analyst will provide technical guidance on regulatory and compliance matters for Glencar management and its Program Managers. The position will report directly to the Chief Underwriting Officer.

• The Filing Analyst is responsible for timely and accurate execution of rate, rule, and form filings, in coordination with carrier partners and Glencar management.
• Ensure business underwritten by Glencar complies with state insurance regulations and other regulatory directives.
• Provide technical guidance on regulatory and compliance matters to Glencar management and Program Managers.
• Collaborate with senior management to deliver Program filings as directed.
• Report to the Chief Underwriting Officer.
