Summary:

The Package Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing efficient operations of package handling, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing a team to maintain a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming letters and packages.
• Record and maintain an inventory of packages.
• Utilize computer systems to track packages.
• Coordinate outgoing mail and shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of packages.
• Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of related warehouse/mailroom experience required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in the package room /warehouse required.
• Experience using computer systems for tracking or inventory.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• This position requires extensive walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
