Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
At Core Education, we are redefining how higher education institutions experience consulting and client partnerships.
For years, much of the industry has approached improvement through large-scale technology implementations. While new systems are important, they often digitize existing processes without addressing the deeper operational challenges institutions face. As a result, campuses invest significant time and resources yet see only incremental change.
Higher education generates millions of transactions each day across the student lifecycle. Within that activity is powerful insight — insight that can illuminate how institutions operate, where friction exists, and where opportunity for meaningful improvement lives. Too often, that insight goes untapped.
Core Education takes a different approach.
We begin with understanding the campus — its operating model, its people, its processes, and its aspirations. We partner with institutional leaders to identify opportunities for modernization that align strategy, operations, and technology. Our work ensures that when solutions are implemented, they are built on a foundation designed for long-term success.
Our team is comprised of experienced higher education professionals who understand institutional complexity because they’ve worked within it. Using proprietary frameworks and a disciplined, collaborative approach, we help campuses streamline operations, integrate advanced technologies thoughtfully, and build the internal capability required to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
We don’t simply implement systems.
We help institutions strengthen their foundation and prepare for the future.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Higher Ed Client Partner Executive (CPE).
From a growth and partnership perspective, this role is central to how Core builds long-term, high-trust relationships with institutions. This role of a CPE requires someone who understands that sustainable growth comes from trust, insight, and value creation — not transactions.
