What you’ll do- Manage the performance and growth of assigned regional and/or national owner and property management accounts
- Provide material specification guidance, qualify contractors, and support project execution using the company’s full range of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts by understanding their needs and engaging through multiple digital platforms
- Travel within assigned markets to generate new business opportunities
- Identify and develop new prospects and private project opportunities for the company and its loyal customer base
- Collaborate with other Commercial Account Managers to benchmark and apply best practices
- Coordinate with local low slope Product Managers on quotations and material deliveries
- Record all activity and track project outcomes in Salesforce for visibility and reporting
- May act as a Team Lead and assist with workload management of others
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience in a related industry
- Strong business acumen with in-depth knowledge of financials, exterior building products, industry practices, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage large and dynamic accounts
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as Salesforce and Tableau preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professional activity
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory
- Able to work remotely and/or from branch offices within the market
- Physically able to perform the essential duties of the role
