The Senior Client Care Coordinator is the on‑site leader responsible for driving sales performance, membership growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
This role operates alongside another Senior Client Care Coordinator to ensure strong daily execution, team accountability, and operational excellence. This is a performance‑driven leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a goal‑oriented environment and takes ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations- Lead daily huddles and support overall center performance
- Ensure accurate client check‑ins and check‑outs
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation in Zenoti
- Support payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Uphold HIPAA and safety compliance standards
- Maintain a polished, welcoming center environment
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Drive package, membership, and retail conversions
- Complete and track a minimum of 40 outbound calls per shift
- Ensure all leads are followed up on daily
- Support monthly membership growth and retention targets
- Educate clients and hold them accountable to their service plans
- Deliver a luxury‑level client experience
- Provide education on services and wellness offerings
- Process payments accurately and professionally
- Manage client feedback with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Communicate operational and staffing needs to Regional leadership
- Support a collaborative, performance‑driven culture
- Participate in local outreach and partnership building
- Support center events and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Must be available for closing shifts
- Minimum of two Saturdays per month required
- Extended weekday coverage may be required based on operational needs
